PAYMENT, REFUND AND REVISION POLICY FOR CONTRACTS

1. The copyright owner retains ownership of provided work and its iterations throughout the process, including but not limited to designs, graphics, code, software, documentation, and other creative works

2. Client data will be retained by Auhmline Studio for a period of up to 12 months after completion of the project.

3. 50% of the total fee will be due before the start of the service. The remaining 50% shall be paid within 30 days after the completion of the project or 30 days since the pre-revision version of the project has been sent and the client has not called for a revision, alternatively the client may ask for a longer due date. If the client fails to make any payment when due they will be charged with extra 10%, interest charges may apply at a rate of 10% per 30 days.

4. Any payment that is not made by the due date will be considered late and may incur additional fees. If payment is more than 365 days overdue, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate the project until payment is made.

5. Once work has begun on a project, there are no refunds available for any portion of the fee already paid. However, if the project is cancelled by the client before it begins, a full refund will be provided minus a $15 administrative fee. If no versions have been sent to the client within the given due date estimates + 14 days, the client will get to keep the unpaid half and incase the client has already paid the full amount, 50% of the cost will be transferred to the client within 60 days. If the project has not been cancelled, and no versions of the project have been provided within 365 days, the client may issue a full refund.

6. If the scope of the project changes during production, additional fees may be charged to cover the costs associated with the change.

7. In the event of a dispute regarding payment, we- including the client reserve the right to seek resolution through legal channels including, but not limited to filing a lawsuit for breach of contract.

8. The client has the right to receive the first revision upon making their first revision request. Additionally the client has the right to get free revisions for the next 30 days upon receiving the first revised version of the project, alternatively this time period can be changed and negotiated. Upon a revision request the client is liable to provide feedback for the future direction of the project, so that we can achieve wanted results for the client. Additional revisions may incur additional fees.

9. Before entering into an agreement a willing client will always be notified of these conditions and will be given a due date estimates of when we can start the bought service and when they will receive the first version of the project.

10. Upon paying the initial 50% of the total fee you become our client and the client understands and agrees to these conditions.

11. Alternatively a willing client may propose alternate conditions, in which case upon being accepted by us "Auhmline Studio", terms 1 to 10 will become obsolete.
